Q1. What is the payment schedule?
● Booking Advance is 20% (Non-refundable) of the total Budget.
● Working Day Advance is 70%.
● The remaining payment should be made at the time of delivery.
Q2. Do you have 18% GST over the budget invoice?
● No. If you need a GST bill, we charge 18% extra, otherwise there are no extra charges.
Q3. What would be the Live Streaming quality?
● Live streaming quality will depend on the network strength available at the venue.
Q4. What will be the quality of the photos shared in Gdrive?
● Complete JPG Images will be shared on Google Drive. (10mp Soft Copies)
Q5. How to understand the basic design layout of the album?
● We invite you to review our sample album designs prior to booking. Please share any layout preferences or custom requests before we begin the design process. While we are happy to incorporate your suggestions during the initial draft, please note that the layout cannot be modified once it has been finalized
Q6. Will you incorporate my song selections in the video editing?
● We want your highlight video to feel personal, so feel free to share up to 3 song suggestions with us! Please send these over within a week of your event. Please keep in mind that once our editors begin their work, we won’t be able to switch the tracks.
Q7. What do you charge for extra hours of shooting?
● Extra hours of shooting will be charged at ₹3,000 per hour for still photography and ₹3,000 per hour for videography.
Q8. When do you promise the final delivery of the deliverables?
● The general deliverables will follow a 75-day delivery policy, during which all outputs included in the basic packages will be provided.
