Q1. What is the payment schedule?
● Booking Advance is 20% (Non-refundable) of the total Budget.
● Working Day Advance is 70%.
● The remaining payment should be made at the time of delivery.
Q2. Is it necessary to decide and pay for the album at the time of booking?
● No, the album price will be charged only after you select the photos and finalize the package you wish to proceed with. ● The album payment must be made when sharing the selected photos to proceed with the layout.
Q3. Do you have 18% GST over the budget invoice?
● No. If you need a GST bill, we charge 18% extra, otherwise there are no extra charges.
Q4. What would be the Live Streaming quality?
● Live streaming quality will depend on the network strength available at the venue.
Q5. What will be the quality of the photos shared in Gdrive?
● Complete JPG Images will be shared on Google Drive. (10mp Soft Copies)
Q6. How to understand the basic design layout of the album?
● Kindly request sample album designs before making your booking. Share any customizations or suggestions for the layout before the album design process begins. Suggested changes will be incorporated during the design phase, but no further modifications to the layout will be entertained once it is finalized.
Q7. Will you incorporate my song selections in the video editing?
● Absolutely! If you have song suggestions (a maximum of 3) for the highlight video, please share them within one week after the nal event. Changes will not be accommodated once the editing process begins.
Q8. What do you charge for extra hours of shooting?
● Extra hours of shooting will be charged at ₹3,000 per hour for still photography and ₹3,000 per hour for videography.
Q9. When do you promise the final delivery of the deliverables?
● The general deliverables will follow a 45-day delivery policy, during which all outputs included in the basic packages will be provided. ● Albums will be delivered within 25 working days from the date the photo selections and album package details are shared. Any delays caused by the client in approving the preview layout will not be our responsibility
